God has proven to be a faithful father.

My cup runneth over...

I was at the church today talking to Twana and she asked if I knew Bas had been handing out G's business cards at church a few weeks ago. I had no idea so she filled me in. Apparently, Bas had a huge handful of dads cards and was giving them out & telling people, "If you need any work done, this is my G's card and he is working from Heaven now." How comforting to know Jehovah-shalom, our peace... Jehovah-raah, our caring shepherd. The Shepherd knows his sheep and calls each one by name. Isaiah 49:16 says "I have written your name on my hand."

"G's Building"

Three's company here. Bas, Bryzen & Savannah taking a break.

Bas was at the church so often with my dad, he pretty much gave us the tour himself. He's been in the job trailer and mingling with the construction crew from day one. There is even a rock with his name on it (courtesy of Cody Gilmore), in the foundation of the building. When he is sad that G is gone, I remind him of that day and how special it will be to worship God in a sanctuary that G and he helped build together. Sabastian is so tender hearted and always wants to give people all he has. There is no doubt in my mind who he got that from - his G.
